Politique de remboursement

We have a 30-day return policy. Returns are only accepted for unopened packages. The product must be in its original packaging, other wise a refund may not be processed.

To initiate a refund, please contact us through info@playbay.ca. Please provide the order number or your full name, the item(s) you wish to return/refunded, provide a brief description what the issue may be (if there is one, sometimes we just change our mind), and/or any photos you wish to provide (if the item came damaged we do request a photo, to send it to the shipping carrier).

Once we process your request, we'll issue the refund, which could take up to 48 business hours to show up on the account. If the product needs to be sent back, we'll provide a shipping label, and the refund will be processed once it's been received by our fulfillment team. We'll also send instructions on how and where to send your package.
