Placing an Order
How can I place my order?
Simply put any item(s) you wish to purchase in your shopping cart with “ADD TO CART” button, and choose the "Checkout" option on the cart page, once you're ready to check out.
Can I ship to a different address other than my billing?
Yes. When placing an order you can choose a different shipping address as your billing address on the shopping cart pages before checking out.
If you already checked-out but forgot to update the shipping address, or just simply made a mistake, on the shipping address, email us email@example.com, as soon as possible to let us know of the update, and the updated shipping address!
How do I know my order was placed?
You will be redirected to an order confirmation page and an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address submitted with the order. We do ask that you please check your junk folder, as it is possible the email may end up there.
Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email?
A few reasons this may have happened:
- You may have typed your email address incorrectly.
- You have a spam blocker that is prohibiting confirmation emails from being received.
- Your order has not completed processing. Please allow 24 hours to process your order.
I forgot to add an item, is it too late?
If you order is still in the unfullfilled status (before receiving shipment confirmation), then we can still add any item you wish to your order providing they are still in stock. Just email us firstname.lastname@example.org, and a support specialist will be able to do that for you. If the item you added qualifies you for free shipping (pushes your basket value to $50.00 or over), then we will also issue a partial refund to return the cost of shipping.

How can I change my payment method for an order?
Lots! We have payment options to suit all online shoppers.
We accept most credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX. We also accept payment services via Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Pay Pal!
How will the charges display on my statements?
For extra discreetness, the charges from Playbay.ca transactions will show from our parent company “Booster Inc.”
What are the tax rates?
Taxes will be automatically added to your order's total and indicated separately for your information. Tax rates will be applied based on your province or state.
For US orders, any import duties or additional taxes are not included in the final price. Duties and taxes are subject to being collected at the time of delivery by your carrier.
How to use discount codes?
Discount codes can be applied at any point in the checkout process.
- If you are using a computer screen you will see on the right side (yellow area), underneath your products, and above the charges breakdown.
- On the mobile version underneath the banner top-left side, tap on the "Show order summary", you will see your product(s), and underneath there will be a section for Discount Code.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
Do you offer discreet shipping for my order?
Of course! All of our orders are shipped in discreet boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The sender's name is Booster Inc., which is our parent company.
Can you ship directly to a post office?
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve a Shipment Confirmation sent to the email address submitted with the order. This email will contain your tracking number with which you can track your package and ensure proper delivery.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Afterwards, it depends on your location and shipping method/carrier.
- Standard Shipping: 3 - 9 Business Days
- Express Shipping: 1-3 Business days
- Same Day Delivery (Montreal Area Only): Same day if order is placed before 5pm, or next day delivery if order is placed after 5pm
I received a tracking number but it’s not from Canada Post, is this a mistake?
